17 August 1730

John Roberts son of John Roberts dec[torn] [torn]f his
Mother Eliza Harwood and himself is ordered to be bo[u]nd to David
Menetrie till he attain to the age of twenty one to learn the Trade
of a Bricklayer, and the said Roberts having read & considered
the Indentures presented and acknowledged the same in Court &
so did the other parties by whose consent the said Indentures
are admitted to Record.

[I]n [the] [A]ction upon the Case between Charles Sinnod pltf & Luke
Richar[d]s deft for seven pounds fifteen shillings the deft came
into Cou[r]t and agreed to serve the pltf the term of one whole year
for the said debt Costs which the said pltf accepts
